Details:

With markets under severe downward pressure and where it is hard to find assets of value, should pension funds be holding more cash as ‘dry’ powder for future opportunities? How should this be managed effectively given the low interest rate environment? Or should pension funds, as long term investors wanting to capture risk premia, really aim to be fully invested and use cash more tactically and/or as collateral for derivatives when gaining market exposures?
