Details:

Infrastructure investment has come into the spotlight as investors look for diversifying investment opportunities. Infrastructure promises to provide assets which can meet pension fund requirements both within the return-seeking and the liability-matching parts of the portfolio.

Does an increasing number of listed infrastructure funds create good opportunities or are private market investments far more attractive? What different opportunities are available to either help provide cash-flow, or offer a compelling return seeking investment?
