Ephraim Letebele joined the Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund in September 2005 as Chief Executive Officer/Principal Officer. He has extensive knowledge in the Public Financial sector, having risen through the ranks to become Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning in 2004
Prior to his tour of service with Accountant General’s Department, Ephraim spent 17 years working in the local authorities where he progressed through the ranks to be become the Deputy Treasurer at Lobatse Town Council before joining Central Government in 1995.
Ephraim holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Botswana and is a graduate of the Southern Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has previously served on the Board of the Botswana Accountancy College and the Botswana Institute of Accountants. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (ACIS)
