Richard is presently in his fourteenth year as the Elected Chair of The European Parliament Members Pension Fund. He is acting as a consultant in Brussels. He is a trained Commercial mediator and is on the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) panel of Pension mediators.

| Dr Dennis Buckley has been Director of Student Services for the University of London since 1992. In 1999 Dennis was appointed as an employer-nominated director of the Superannuation Arrangements of the University of London (SAUL) and in June 2002 succeeded Sir John Knill as Chairman of the SAUL Board. He was born and educated in Sydney, Australia and came to London in 1976 via St Catharine’s College, Cambridge where he was a resident Fellow from 1971 to 1976.
